We are excited to inform you that we are now under new management and would like to share a few important updates with you:

Price Adjustments

Due to rising living costs and an increase in the minimum wage, our prices have been updated. Please check the current pricing before making a booking.

Deposit Requirement

To reduce no-shows, a 10% deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or missed appointments.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment and result in the loss of your deposit.

Card Payment Policy

A minimum spend of £10 is required for card payments. If the minimum is not met, a £1 charge will be applied.

Consultation Forms

Some treatments require a consultation form to be completed prior to your appointment. This is essential to ensure safe and effective treatment.

Patch Testing

Certain treatments require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. If a patch test has not been completed, we may have to cancel or reschedule the treatment.

Children & Guests

To maintain a safe and professional environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or guests to your appointment. For health and safety reasons, no one other than the client is permitted in the treatment rooms.

Illness or Medical Conditions

Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions prior to your appointment. If you are feeling unwell—particularly with flu-like symptoms or any contagious illness—we kindly ask that you reschedule.

Refund Policy

Payments for treatments are non-refundable. However, if you are unhappy with your experience, please speak to a member of the team and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Discounts

We are pleased to offer 10% off treatments for NHS staff and students. Valid ID with expiry date or a Blue Light Card is required.
